We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund. You can return your purchase (if purchased from this website) for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. The customer is responsible for associated shipping fees.
Shipping Policy
*please note that it is the customers responsibility to enter address information correctly when placing the order. Although we will do our best to respond to email requests to change shipping information after order confirmation is received, the automation process of orders being fulfilled will not always make this possible. Bottlecutting Inc will not be responsible for additional shipping costs in these cases.
Goal - It is or goal to ship your product within 1 business day of your purchase. But things do come up that we can’t control so we may need to take up to 3 business days. In a very rare situation that we experience a natural disaster, act of war or other extreme situation or event that prevents us or other businesses from functioning normally, we may take a little longer.
Please keep in mind that we do not ship partial orders so if a portion of your order is on pre-order, your entire order will not ship until all items are available.
Our site primary uses Xparcel for its main shipping options, Xparcel automatically selects the best carrier(s) who can meet the delivery time frame and cost based on the origin and destination of the package. Xparcel uses a basket of national and regional carriers to determine the optimal shipping carrier(s).
Shipping Territory - We ship our products worldwide. Not all shipping carriers or shipping methods will be available to all areas. In some locations there may be additional fees imposed on your package by your local authorities. It is your responsibility to contact your local postal service authorities to find out if you’ll have to pay extra fees to get your products. We are not responsible for any brokerage, duties, taxes, handling or delays by Customs.
International Orders - Please note that USPS does not track orders once they have left the US and it has been our experience that orders going to several countries can take up to 45 business days to arrive at their destination.

In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.
Please note that all orders go through a fraud detection screening. Although most orders are released within 20 minutes and most are shipped within 24 hours, there will be circumstances when the screening takes longer. We always do our best to ship orders in a timely fashion.
General Policies
All transactions on Bottlecutting.com occur in USD and will show up on transaction statements as such.
Please note that Bottle Cutting Inc is a Canadian company and some credit card companies may change a small fee for processing orders that are placed outside of Canada.
If you complete a purchase and that same item goes on sale within 24 hours, you can request a refund for the difference in the regular product price and the sale price. If the item you purchased at regular price goes on sale 25 hours to one week after your purchase, you can request a discount code for the difference in the amount you paid and the discounted price. The only exception to this policy is when flash sales such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day Sales occur, where the sale price can only be applied on the day of the Flash Sale.
